To make a return, you must purchase this return label. According to our terms and conditions, a return can only be made with our prepaid return label. This label ensures that your return is processed correctly so that your refund or exchange can be processed as quickly as possible.

Send return – Stick the label on the package and ship
Keep the tracking number – For tracking and protection of your return

Returns without our official return label or without prior consultation will not be accepted.
The goods must be returned in their original packaging.
The refund will only be processed after the returned item has been successfully checked and can take up to 14 days.
