The mileage in Skoda’s virtual cockpit may differ from the gearbox. Diagnostic testers can easily read the real data.
To synchronise the data, you need a Can Emulator. The Skoda Can Emulator for Gearbox displays the same mileage on the speedometer and OBD scanners. Click on the following Product link

On many vehicles from the end of 2020, the check engine light would go on and off after some time. Later, this would happen at regular intervals. This issue is now fixed.
